I think your 'blog' is wonderful & warm & informative....You guys look so (what i would imagine) happy & comfortable & true-blue.....congrats on the new little one expected and lets just say Gracie is so overflowing with grace,charm & happiness ; she will have a lot to share with the new little one & i expect a lot to gain as well....good luck with your real estate endevors; I will miss seeing you across the street but will be glad that you are near by...you have been good & fun neighbors, & megan, I take my hat off to you to take Grace & go sailing on that "racing" sail boat,,,a lot of nerve & a lot of trust..thats nice...you guys are so KOOL......your neighbor: Julia
